मुदिता शौक को पहनाया गया ‘मेवन मिस प्लस साइज इंडिया’ का ताज, डॉ सोन्दी रनर अप, नोबोनिता ईस्ट इंडिया, पोर्शिया  वेस्ट इंडिया, आरती प्रियंका साउथ इंडिया और प्रियंका मिगलानी  नार्थ का खिताब जीता . नई दिल्ली, अगस्त,2021: मुदिता शौक को ‘मेवन मिस प्लस साइज इंडिया ‘ का ताज पहनाया गया, जबकि डॉ सोन्दी  ने प्रथम रनर अप का खिताब हासिल किया। जीवन के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आये मेहमानों और भारी चमकदमक के बीच राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में चकाचौंध भरी ‘मेवन मिस प्लस साइज इंडिया ‘ प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। मेवन प्रोडक्शन के एक सिग्नेचर ईवेंट – ‘मिस प्लस साइज इंडिया’ पेजेंट में मशहूर फैशन डिजाइनर रोहित वर्माएवं रीता गंगवानी की उपस्थिति खास रही, जिन्होंने मिस वर्ल्ड 2017 विजेता मानुषी छिल्लर को प्रशिक्षित किया था और जो प्रसिद्ध अंतरराष्ट्रीय पेजेंट कोच और मेंटोंर हैं। ईवेंट में मौजूद अन्य सेलिब्रिटी मेहमानों में मिसेज इंडिया वर्ल्डवाइड 2014- अमन ग्रेवाल, सेलिब्रिटी प्लस साइज ब्लॉगर व एमटीवी अभिनेत्री- फिजा खान, सेलिब्रिटी मेकअप आर्टिस्ट चीना मारवाहा तथा प्रसिद्ध डायटीशियन व न्यूट्रिशनिस्ट सिमरत कथूरिया प्रमुख थीं। पेजेंट में देश भर से आयी 65 प्लस साइज मॉडल्स ने भाग लिया। मेवन प्रोडक्शन के संस्थापक व प्रसिद्ध पेजेंट आयोजक हरदीप अरोड़ा ने कहा,’दर्शकों तथा अन्य हितधारकों के बढ़ते समर्थन को देखते हुए, हम शो को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर ले जाने और इसे विश्व स्तर पर सफल बनाने के लिए आश्वस्त हैं। ‘ वह डांस रियलिटी शो ‘बूगी वूगी ‘ के विजेता रह चुके हैं। अरोड़ा ने कहा,’यह कार्यक्रम उन सभी महिलाओं के लिए आयोजित किया गया था जो मॉडल बनना चाहती हैं, लेकिन उनका ज्यादा वज़न उनके सपनों में बाधक बनता है। शो ने लोगों के दिमाग में बनी उस आदर्श और निश्चित आकार वाली इमेज को तोड़ा कि एक मॉडल को लंबी और स्लिम ही होना चाहिए। ‘फिनाले के तहत तीन शानदार राउंड आयोजित किये गये। पहला राउंड एथनिक वियर का था, जिसमें प्लस साइज मॉडल्स भारत की समृद्ध संस्कृति को प्रदर्शित करते हुए खूबसूरत भारतीय परिधानों में रैंप पर उतरीं। दूसरे राउंड में मॉडल्स ने वेस्टर्न डिजाइनर वियर पहन कर रैंप वॉक की। इस राउंड में प्रतियोगियों ने अपना परिचय भी दिया। ईवनिंग गाउन राउंड सबसे अंतिम था और इसमें मॉडल्स ने खूब जलवे बिखेरे। अरोड़ा ने आगे कहा,’फाइनल राउंड बहुत ही शानदार ढंग से चला। ‘ रोहित वर्मा  ने कहा,’जिस तरह से पेजेंट आयोजित किया गया, उससे मैं बहुत उत्साहित हूं। यह एक प्रोफेशनल शो था। मुझे खुशी है कि प्लस साइज पेजेंट भारत में पसंद किये जा रहे हैं। पश्चिमी देशों में प्लस साइज कपड़ों व उत्पादों का उद्योग फलफूल रहा है, अब भारत की बारी है। चकाचौंध भरी ‘मेवन मिस प्लस साइज इंडिया ‘ प्रतियोगिता आयोजित
